Facilities

CHA’s office is located in Greenwich, Connecticut and maintains a comfortable and well-appointed 2,700 sq. ft. Greenwich, CT home office for its staff with the ability for expansion.

Staff offices are well appointed with handsome cherry work stations, ergonomic chairs, and state-of-the-art computer work stations.
Research is at the heart of every CHA design project. The firm maintains a 2000+ volume research library which includes a number of historic architectural manuscripts.
CHA’s large conference room host the firm’s monthly office meeting, lunch-n-learns and large project team meetings as well as serving as a teleconferencing center for meetings with overseas clients.
CHA’s office is located in Greenwich, Connecticut, a short 45 minute train ride from Grand Central Terminal in New York or from downtown New Haven, CT. I95 which passes through Greenwich connects New England to the entire eastern United States.
Greenwich, CT is situated along the picturesque Long Island Sound.

CHA believes the best way to learn is from hands on experience. Job Captain tour other team member through their project at significant stages of construction to enhance learning and understanding of construction techniques and issues.
CHA supports and encourages recent graduates to participate in IDP. In addition to the firm providing opportunities in a wide variety of practice areas, employees are afforded 4 days of paid time off to sit for the Architectural Registration Exam.
Chuck Hilton is a frequent guest speaker in the Greenwich community speaking here to a group of homeowners and colleagues on the ingredients of a successful renovation.
